Description:	Lovely nickel-free Sterling silver, Marcasite pendant featuring an oval garnet color center stone. We guarantee that our Sterling silver merchandise is 925 Sterling or above. Marcasite is a form of iron pyrite which was used as early as the time of the Ancient Greeks. Our Marcasite comes primarily from Switzerland and from Thailand. Marcasite stones are individually hand set. When our Marcasite jewellery is created, we oxidize the silver to prevent future tarnish.
